Find Support with NAMI

Whether you or someone you love is affected by mental illness, NAMI can offer you help and hope. Support groups provide friendship and understanding in a caring and sharing atmosphere. Talking with others who have been there can help provide you with insight, knowledge and coping skills.  

With NAMI, you are not alone.

NAMI-MC SUPPORT GROUPS

In Crystal Lake support groups sessions follow the program portion of the monthly meeting, which is held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at the McHenry County Mental Health Board, 620 Dakota St., Crystal Lake, at 7:00 p.m.

NAMI Connection Recovery** is a 90-minute group run by persons who live with mental illness for persons who also live with mental illness of any diagnosis, and is held at different times and locations throughout McHenry County.
