Why we walk
Perhaps you have a family member or
other loved one who has struggled with mental
illness, or perhaps you have mental illness
yourself. Some people participate because they
appreciate the powerful emotion of being one of
many, united in the fight against mental illness.
Others do so because it’s a chance to get out in
the great outdoors and exercise in the company of
co-workers, family and friends, walking together for
a worthy cause. Please consider sharing with NAMI-MC “Why you walk”…Your story may be the inspiration for others!
